Winemaker’s Comment
This semi-sweet fragrant wine presents a light yellow colour with subtle notes of melon, floral aromas and slight minerality of the red soil of Inle mountainous region. The beautiful freshness is underlined at the end of the mouth with a hint of lime.

Vineyard
Red Mountain Estate is located near of the famous Inle lake, Nyaung Shwe township, southern Shan State. The estate is 1,000 meters above sea level. The micro-climate is adapted for Muscat Petits Grains originally grown in the south of France.
Winemaking
Harvested after ripening at the end of February. After pressing at low temperature, the must is naturally decanted and the alcoholic fermentation can start. Just before the end of fermentation, it’s artificially stopped by cooling the wine to 5°C and adding some sulfur afterwards.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy as an aperitif or perfect to pair with seafood, spicy cuisine and hard or soft cheese. Serve at 10°C – 12°C. Store bottles lying down. Enjoy now or keep 5 or 6 years.
