2002
Recruitment of the French winemaker, Francois Raynal, and purchase of the winery equipment in Italy. Selected the Taung Chay site to build the winery and for vineyard plantation. Preparation of the plots on Taung Chay site, the creation of terraces was essential due to high slopes on these plots.
2003
2 ha of plantation grown on site (Shiraz and Chenin Blanc). Importation and plantation of 7,300 plants (1.5 ha) from France in order to experiment different varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Muscat and Roussane.
2004
7 ha of plantation (40,000 plants from Israel). Mostly Sauvignon Blanc but also Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
2005
The site of Myay Phyu, 10 km from the winery, is chosen to extend the vineyard. 31 ha of plantation (171,500 plants from Spain):
- Sauvignon Blanc
- Pinot Noir
- Muscat Petit Grain
- Tempranillo
2006
First production of 1,000 bottles of red and white wines.
2007
38ha of plantation (210,000 plants from Spain) on Myay Phyu site:
- Shiraz
- Carignan
- Petit Verdot
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Alicante Bouchet
An experimental plot is also planted in order to test different varieties:
- 4 different clones and rootstock of Shiraz
- 4 different clones and rootstock of Carignan
- Other varieties: Chenin Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Verdejo, Macabeo, Airen, Gewurztramainer.
2008
Production of 20,000 bottles of Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz.
2009
Production of 80,000 bottles of red and white wines. Construction of the underground wine cellar near the winery.
2011
Production of 85,000 bottles.
Opening of the Red Mountain Restaurant with its amazing view on the Inle Valley.
2012
Production of 120,000 bottles. 30% white and 70% red wines.
